These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wise B2B Wholesale Pricing app (“App”), provided by Wise Apps LLC, registered in Missouri, United States (“Wise,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License to Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in connection with your Shopify store. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

2. Fees & Payments

• All subscription fees are billed through Shopify’s billing system.
  
• You are responsible for maintaining valid billing information.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for how the App is used and configured in your store.
  
• You must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  
• You must not use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Wise Apps LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from use of the App.
  
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to uninstall it.
  
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the App in the last 6 months.

6. Termination

• You may uninstall the App at any time via your Shopify admin.
  
• We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
